Dear Blake:
As we have discussed, the Department of Planning Services' staff has discussed
your proposal to place a storage-office building on the site located in part of
the SW4 NW4 of Section 27, T5N, R64W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, and has
determined that the construction of the office building will not be considered
a major change to USR-625 as permitted in 198.4. As you know, the building permit
for this building has already been issued.
