RE: RESCHEDULE DECEMBER 4, 1991, HEARINGS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on December 4, 1991, the Board is scheduled to be at a Colorado
Counties, Inc. , convention, and
WHEREAS, the Board has scheduled four hearings for December 4, 1991, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reschedule said hearings to
December 11, 1991, as follows:
Probable Cause Hearing - Oakley (cont from 10/02/91) 9:00 AM
Convene as Windsor Shores Law Enforcement Authority 9:00 AM
Show Cause Hearing - Columbine Iron and Metal, c/o Philippe
(cont from 06/26/91) 10:00 AM
Ordinance 89-V - Zoning Ordinance Amendments 10:00 AM
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned hearings be, and hereby, are
rescheduled to December 11, 1991.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of November, A.D. , 1991.
