RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF NANCY HILL TO PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Private Industry Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Nancy Hill be appointed to said
council as the rehabilitation agency representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Nancy Hill to said
council, with her term to expire December 31, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Nancy Hill be, and hereby is, appointed to the Private
Industry Council as the rehabilitation agency representative, with her term to
expire December 31, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of July, A.D. , 1994.
