RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER DALE K. HALL TO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
ACTION PARTNERSHIP BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Economic Development Action
Partnership Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner Dale K. Hall be
reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Commissioner Dale K.
Hall to said board, with his term to expire December 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Commissioner Dale K. Hall be, and hereby is, reappointed
to the Economic Development Action Partnership Board, with his term to expire
December 31, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of January, A.D. , 1994.
