WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , a Resolution, dated July 27 , 1990 , stated that the
Assessor heard the petition of James E. Winter, dba Winter
Enterprises, and due notice of adjustment was given to the
taxpayer; therefore, said petition was withdrawn, and
WHEREAS, said statement of withdrawal was in error.
Dougherty and Scavo, representatives of the petitioner, submitted
materials concerning this petition, and
WHEREAS, said materials were considered at the Board of
Equalization hearing of July 27, 1990 , and after consideration of
said materials the Board denied the request of the petitioner.
WHEREAS , the Board deems it advisable to rescind the
Resolution of July 27, 1990 , concerning the petition of James E.
Winter, dba Winter Enterprises.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Resolution dated
July 27 , 1990 , stating that the petition of James E. Winter, dba
Winter Enterprises, and concerning the hereinabove described
property, be, and hereby is, rescinded.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of
August, A D. , 1990.
