RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 1481 - BICKLER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to its authority under
Section 30-28-101(10) (d), CRS, as amended, has been requested to determine at a
public meeting held in the Chambers of the Board, that a certain parcel of land,
to be divided into two parcels, as shown on the plat known as Recorded Exemption
No. 1481, does not come within the purview of the definition of the terms,
"subdivision" and "subdivided land", and
WHEREAS, the request for Recorded Exemption No. 1481 was submitted by
Samuel Bickler for property which is located in the Nj NW* of Section 7, Township
1 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, being more
particularly described in the plat which shall be provided by the applicant and
known as Exhibit "A", said plat to be recorded upon approval of said request, and
WHEREAS, this request is to divide the property into parcels estimated to
be approximately 70 acres and 10 acres, and
WHEREAS, after hearing all evidence and testimony presented, the Board
deemed it advisable to continue said request to May 19, 1993 to allow the
applicant time to obtain a water source.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request for Recorded Exemption No. 1481 submitted by
Samuel Bickler be, and hereby is, continued to May 19, 1993 at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of April, A.D. , 1993.
