Dear Rod; Per my letter of December 18, 1990 and our recent telephone conversation, Mr. Ben Houston, owner of the 1, 100 + acre Aristocrat Angus Ranch plans to retain a 40+ acre parcel when the ranch sells , thus creating a separate parcel.. This 40+ acre parcel includes a 2. 165 acre gas processing facility, USR #724. The 2 . 165 acres will stand as approved, not being affected by the creation of 'the 40 + acre parcel. We do not consider that creation of the 40 + acre parcel out. of the 1, 100 + acre ranch will make a material deviation from what the county approved on March 12, 1986 . We also understand that the site is 'below lot size and no single family residence will be built on the site. Attached you will find a, copy of a USGS topograph .map showing the entire acreage of the Aristocrat Angus Ranch, a copy of aerial photo showing the parcel being retained and a copy of Mr. Houston' s Warranty Deed at the time 'he acquired the property.
