I realize I'm too late to lodge a complaint but I still feel I should still
write my complaint. (medical problems prevented this letter from being wr
itten in a timely manner)
Before this road was done several people came around with petitions, of
which I did not sign. One of the persons did not live among the 28
tracts. From what I understand he owns land around here and this would be
to his benefit since he wants to sub divide and sell lots.
I have noticed several semi's, farm equipment and alot of traffic now use
this road.
I feel the people that signed the petition should pay for this road and
collect the rest in a form of a toll and the way some of the other east
west county roads have been paid for.
