RE: APPROVE QUIT CLAIM DEEDS TO WILLIAM F. AND TONI M. WICKERSHAM AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with two Quit Claim Deeds to William
F. and Toni M. Wickersham, 23989 Weld County Road 50, Greeley, Colorado 80631,
and
WHEREAS, said deeds cover land in the NI SEk of Section 12, Township 5
North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, being more
particularly described in said deeds, copies of which are attached and
incorporated hereto by reference.
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said deeds,
copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Quit Claim Deeds to William F. and Toni M. Wickersham,
be, and hereby are, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said deeds.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following ote on the 24th day of August, A.D. , 1994.

QUIT CL' /AIM DEED
THIS DEED, made this xy t�- day of August, 1994, between
Weld County, Colorado, a quasi-judicial corporation, whose address
is 915 Tenth Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, of the first part,
and William F. and Toni M. Wickersham, whose address is 23989 Weld
County Road 50, Greeley, Colorado 80631, of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of good and valuable consideration, to the said party
of the first part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, has remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT
CLAIMED, and by these presents does remise, release, sell, convey
and QUIT CLAIM unto the said party of the second part, its heirs,
successors and assigns, forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said party of the first part has in and
to the following described lots or parcels of land situate, lying
and being in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to wit:
That part of the North Half (N 1/2) of the Southeast
Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 12, Township 5 North, Range
65 West of the 6th P.M. , being a strip of land fifty feet
(50 ' ) in width, twenty-five feet (25 ' ) on each side of
the center line described as follows :
Commencing at a point 200 .5 feet south of the center of
said Section; thence South 85°2 ' East, 179 feet; thence
North 72°49 ' East, 287 feet; thence North 83°56 ' East,
501 feet; thence North 89°38 ' East, 228 feet; thence
North 76°23 ' East, 87 feet.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise
thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest
and claim whatsoever, of the said party of the first part, either
in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the
said party of the second part, heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has
hereunto set its hand and seal the day and year first above
written.

THIS DEED, made this ;� 51 day of August, 1994, between
Weld County, Colorado, a quasi-municipal corporation, whose address
is 915 Tenth Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, of the first part,
and William F. and Toni M. Wickersham, whose address is 23989 Weld
County Road 50, Greeley, Colorado 80631, of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of good and valuable consideration, to the said party
of the first part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, has remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT
CLAIMED, and by these presents does remise, release, sell, convey
and QUIT CLAIM unto the said party of the second part, its heirs,

All of the right, title, and interest which said party of
the first part has in and to that irregular roadway as
now laid out and used being and lying in the Southeast
Quarter (SE4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section
Twelve ( 12) , Township Five (5) , Range Sixty-Five (65)
West of the 6th P.M. , extending in a northerly direction
from the County road and Hyle Bridge to the North
boundary line of said Southeast Quarter (SE4) of the
Southwest Quarter (SW4) , and containing about one acre,
more or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular
