a permission to assign all right, title, and interest of an Oil and Gas Lease

o a Weld County, Colorado, to Kappa Nu II Partnership, 2119 Art School Road, Chester

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
That the undersigned, POLARIS ENERGY INC . , of P.O. Box 83 ,
Jackson, Michigan 49204 , hereinafter sometimes referred to as
"Assignor" , for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ( $10 . 00 ) in
hand paid and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt
and sufficiency whereof is hereby acknowledged, does sell ,
