RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER BILL KIRBY TO ENERGY IMPACT REVIEW TEAM
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant
to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the
authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Commissioner Bill Kirby be appointed to
represent the Board of County Commissioners on the Energy Impact Review Team, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner Kirby to said
Board, with his term to be indefinite.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Commissioner Kirby be, and hereby is , appointed to the Energy
Impact Review Team with an indefinite term.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of January, A.D. , 1991.
