RE: APPROVE SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT FOR MICHAEL L. AND TERRY A. WILLIAMS AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Subordination Agreement for
Michael L. and Terry A. Williams, with the terms and conditions being as stated
in said agreement, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said
agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, ex-officio Housing Authority Board, that the Subordination
Agreement for Michael L. and Terry A. Williams be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said agreement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of March, A.D. , 1992.

SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Weld County Housing Authority is the beneficiary
under a certain Deed of Trust executed by Michael L. & Terry A. Williams
to the Public Trustee of Weld County, Colorado, in the amount of
$11,916 , dated 07-19-89 and recorded 09-01-89
in Book 1242 as Reception No. 02190606 , securing a promissory note
dated 07-19-89 and encumbering the following described property:
Lots 12 and 13, Block 11, Town of Eaton, County of Weld,
State of Colorado
Commonly known as: 312 Maple Avenue
Eaton, Colorado 80615
WHEREAS, is the beneficiary
under a certain Deed of Trust executed by
the Public Trustee of Weld County, Colorado, recorded in
Book as Reception No. and;
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire that Affiliated National Bank
promissory note and Deed of Trust, be a first and prior lien on the above
described property.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises described herein, the
parties hereto agree as follows:
The said note and Deed of Trust for the use and benefit of
Affiliated National Rank shall be a first
and prior lien and that Deed of Trust recorded 09-01-89 , in Book
1242 as Reception No. 02190606 is and shall be subject to and
subordinate to the lien of 4ffilintad National Bank
This agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties
thereto, their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors and
