RE: SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ON PROTEST FROM GARTH GIBSON FOR WEED
ERADICATION SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on August 22, 1994, the Board received a protest from Garth Gibson
concerning an invoice for weed eradication services by the Weld County Public
Works Department, Pest and Weed Division, and
WHEREAS, on August 29, 1994,. at a regular meeting, the Board deemed it
advisable to set a hearing on the 14th day of September, 1994, at or about 9:00
a.m. , in the First Floor Hearing Room of the Weld County Centennial Center at 915
10th Street, Greeley, Colorado, to hear the evidence upon said protest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that a Public Hearing to hear the evidence upon a protest from
Garth Gibson concerning an invoice for weed eradication services by the Weld
County Public Works Department, Pest and Weed Division, be, and hereby is, set
on September 14, 1994, at or about 9:00 a.m. , at the abovementioned location.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of August, A.D. , 1994.
