RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR NORTH
COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Trustees for North
Colorado Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Donald Cummins be appointed to said
board, to replace John Martin, and
WHEREAS, it has also been recommended that Dr. Paul Hiratzka be reappointed
to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Donald Cummins and
reappoint Dr. Paul Hiratzka to said board, with terms to expire January 14, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Donald Cummins be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board
of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with his term to expire January
14, 1997.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Dr. Paul Hiratzka be, and hereby
is, reappointed to said board, with his term to expire January 14, 1997.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of January, A.D. , 1994.
