RE: APPROVE QUIT CLAIM DEED TO BARE RANCH LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Quit Claim Deed to Bare Ranch
Limited Liability Company from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and
through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, with terms and
conditions being as stated in said deed, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said deed
concerning a parcel of land located in Sections 26 and 35, Township 7 North,
Range 63 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, said parcel being more
particularly described in said deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Quit Claim Deed to Bare Ranch Limited Liability
Company from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said deed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of August, A.D. , 1994.

STATE OF COLORADO,BY AND THROUGH THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY
OF WELD AND STATE OF COLORADO,hereinafter called GRANTOR,whether one or more,and BARE RANCH
LIMITED LIABILITY CO.,whose address is 36249 Hwy. 392,Briggsdale,CO 80611,hereinafter called GRANTEE.
WITNESSETH, That the GRANTOR for in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS.
($100.00)and other valuable consideration, to GRANTOR in hand paid by the GRANTEE,the receipt
