RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS AND APPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Board of Adjustment,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Anne White, District 1, and Sylvia
McWilliams, Associate Member, be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Robert Akin, District 3, Jerrold
Brethauer, District 4, and Jack Davis, Associate Member, be appointed to said
board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Anne White and Sylvia
McWilliams to said board, with their terms to expire December 31, 1996, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Robert Akin and Jerrold
Brethauer to said board, with their terms to expire December 31, 1995, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jack Davis to said board,
with his term to expire December 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Anne White, District 1, and Sylvia McWilliams, Associate
Member, be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Weld County Board of Adjustment,
with their terms to expire December 31, 1996.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Robert Akin, District 3, and
Jerrold Brethauer, District 4, be, and hereby are, appointed to the Weld County
Board of Adjustment, with their terms to expire December 31, 1995.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Jack Davis, Associate Member, be,
and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Board of Adjustment, with his term
to expire December 31, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of January, A.D. , 1994.
