RE: DECLARE CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AS SURPLUS PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZE
SALE OF SAME
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Wald County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, State Statute and the Weld County Administrative
Manual require that all items disposed of be declared surplus by
the Board of County Commissioners, and
WHEREAS , the County has determined that certain equipment is
no longer needed by the County, said equipment being one
FM/AM-1200 S/A Service Monitor, Serial Number 5039 , with the
following attachments: one microphone; two stub antenna (flex and
solid) ; four extra connectors; one operations manual; one
maintenance manual , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable that said property be
sold to Morgan County, Colorado for a total price of $4, 500 .00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the property
hereinabove described be, and hereby is, declared as surplus , to
be sold to Morgan County, Colorado for a total price of $4 ,500 .00 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of
March, A.D. , 1990 .

Subject: Sale of Service Monitor
Request one FM/AM-1200 S/A Service Monitor be declared excess
property for Weld County Communications Department and then sell
the monitor to Morgan County Government for the price of
$4 ,500.00.
