RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER GEORGE E. BAXTER AS EX-OFFICIO MEMBER
OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Trustees for North
Colorado Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner George E. Baxter be
appointed to said board as an ex-officio member without voting privileges, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner George E.
Baxter as an ex-officio member of said board, with his term to expire December
31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Commissioner George E. Baxter be, and hereby is, appointed
as an ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical
Center, with his term to expire December 31, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following/ vote on the 3rd day of January, A.D. , 1994.
