HomeMy WebLinkAbout940591.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED TO BLAINE AND CONNIE WALKER AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Special Warranty Deed to Blaine and Connie Walker from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, with terms and conditions being as stated in said deed, and WHEREAS, said deed concerns property described as all of the real estate and any improvements thereon on the real estate described as Lots 1 and 2, Block 27, Peckham's Addition to Raymer, Weld County, Colorado, as shown on the plat map recorded April 24, 1918, in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Special Warranty Deed to Blaine and Connie Walker from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is, authorized to sign said deed. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of June, A.D. , 1994.
