RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS
ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Communications
Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tony Molocznik, District Attorney and
Coroner Offices representative, and Vern Hammers, Director of Communications, be
appointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, it has also been recommended that George Ward, Police Zone 3
representative, be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Tony Molocznik to said
board, with his term to expire December 31, 1994, and
WHEREAS, the Board also deems it advisable to appoint Vern Hammers to said
board, to a standing position as the Director of Communications, and
WHEREAS, the Board also deems it advisable to reappoint George Ward to said
board, with his term to expire December 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Tony Molocznik be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Communications Advisory Board, with his term to expire December 31, 1994.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Vern Hammers be, and hereby is,
appointed to said board, to a standing position as the Director of
Communications.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that George Ward be, and hereby is,
reappointed to said board, with his term to expire December 31, 1994.
