RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DIANA LAWS TO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACTION
PARTNERSHIP BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Economic Development Action Partnership
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Diana Laws be appointed to said board as a
County representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Diana Laws to said board, with her term
to expire December 31, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Diana Laws be, and hereby is, appointed to the Economic Development
Action Partnership Board as a County representative, with her term to expire December 31, 1997.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 28th day of December, A.D., 1994.
