RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Board of Adjustment,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Arthur Partridge be reassigned from
an associate member position to a regular member position, at-large, on said
board, and
WHEREAS, it has also been recommended that Gregory Krush be appointed as
an associate member to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Partridge's reassignment, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reassign Arthur Partridge on said
board, with his term to expire December 31, 1995, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Gregory Krush to said
board, with his term :to expire December 31, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Arthur Partridge be, and hereby is, reassigned from an
associate member position to a regular member position, at-large, on the Weld
County Board of Adjustment, with his term to expire December 31, 1995.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Gregory Krush be, and hereby is,
appointed to said Board with his term to expire December 31, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of October, A.D. , 1993.
