RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING DIVISION OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE STATEMENT OF GRANT
AWARD FOR WELD COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on October 21, 1991, the Board was presented with a Division of
Criminal Justice Statement of Grant Award for the Weld County Sheriff's
Department, concerning the 1991 Drug Control and System Improvement Program, and
WHEREAS, at said meeting of October 21, the Board deemed it advisable to
continue said matter to October 23, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the consideration of the Division of Criminal Justice
Statement of Grant Award for the Weld County Sheriff's Department be, and hereby
is, continued to October 23, 1991, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of October, A.D. , 1991.
