RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, wnd
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist in the Weld County -Board of Adjustment,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Diane Hajec, District 2, Barry
Sullivan, at-large, and Sidney Wal-ker, associate member, be reappointed to said
Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Diane Hajec, Barry
Sullivan, and Sidney Walker to said Board, with their terms to expire December
31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Diane Hajec, Barry Sullivan, and Sidney Wal-ker be, and
hereby are, reappointed to the Weld County Board ixf Adjustment, with their terms
to expire December 31, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of December, A.D. , 1991.

Diane Hajec (District 2) will be reappointed with a term to expire 12/31/94.
Barry Sullivan (at-large) will be reappointed with a term to expire 12/-31/94.
Sidney Walker (associate member) will be reappointed with a term to expire
12/31/94.
