THIS MATTER was remanded to the Board of Assessment Appeals
from the Colorado Court of Appeals , pursuant to its "Order Reversed
and Cause Remanded With Directions, " dated March 22, 1490, which
states:
The order is reversed , and the cause is remanded
with directions to enter an order exempting the subject
personal property used in plaintiff ' s chicken operation .
ORDER:
The Respondent is ordered to exempt the subject personal
property used in Petitioner' s chicken operation from property
taxation .
The Weld County Assessor is directed to change his records
accordingly.
