RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Community
Corrections Advisory Board, due to the resignation of Richard Kuhn
and Ralph Dunlap, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Sandii Turner and
Raymond Mora be appointed as citizen representatives on said
Board, with their terms to expire August 1 , 1991, and August 1,
1993, respectively, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Sandii Turner and
Raymond Mora to the Community Corrections Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Sandii Turner and
Raymond Mora be, and hereby are, appointed to serve on the
Community Corrections Advisory Board, with their terms to expire
August 1, 1991 , and August 1 , 1993 , respectively.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
November, A.D. , 1990.
