Dear Mr. Aghajani:
Thank you for the information you submitted regarding the storm water retention
plan. The Department of Planning Services' staff has reviewed your proposal and
determined that it is not a material deviation from the original Special Review
permit.
I spoke with Drew Scheltinga from Weld County Engineering on October 11 and he
indicated that he had no problem with the proposal. Any future changes in the .
use of the property should be submitted to the Department of Planning Services'
staff in writing. If you have any further questions please call our office.
