We have contracted to sell the North 2 . 85 Acres of said parcel to our daughter and son in law, which will enhance and protect the value of their property. They own a 1 . 1 acre parcel joining the subject property to the Northeast . Therefore it is now necessary to change the boundary in accordance with the attached Subdivision Exemption application. All parties are in agreement that this will create an attractive and functional parcel , since the 2 . 85 acres parcel has no public road frontage and is situated where it could have negatively effected the welfare of our daughters family or the value of their property.
