RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING TO CONSIDER REQUEST FOR SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT - CONSOLIDATED FREIGHTWAYS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 23rd day of January, 1991, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. , in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of considering the request of Consolidated Freightways for a Site Specific Development Plan and a Special Review Permit for a temporary freight relay terminal in the Agricultural zone district, and WHEREAS, the Board was advised the applicant was not properly notified and the sign posting requirements had not been met, and WHEREAS, the Board deemed it advisable to continue said hearing to January 30, 1991, at 10:00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing to consider the request of Consolidated Freightways for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit be, and hereby is, continued to January 30, 1991, at 10:00 a.m. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of January, A.D. , 1991. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Lanell Curry, Department of Planning Services representative, reported proper notice was not given to the applicant. The applicant was, therefore, unaware of the hearing date and the hearing sign was not posted on time. Chairman Lacy asked if there was anyone in the audience who was here specifically to hear this request. There was no one. Commissioner Kirby moved the request for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for a temporary freight relay terminal in the A (Agricultural) Zone District for Consolidated Freightways, be continued until January 30, 1991, at 10:00 a.m. to allow notification of the applicant and sign posting requirements to be satisfied. Motion seconded by Commissioner Harbert and carried unanimously. This Certification was approved on the 28th day of January, 1991.
