RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO HUMAN SERVICES
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Human Services Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ruth Gartrell be reappointed and Lisa Larson and
Kris Nickels, Parent Policy representatives, be appointed to said committee, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Ruth Gartrell and to appoint Lisa
Larson and Kris Nickels to said committee, with their terms to expire December 31, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Ruth Gartrell be, and hereby is, reappointed, and Lisa Larson and Kris
Nickels be, and hereby are, appointed to the Human Services Committee, with their terms to expire
December 31, 1997.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 21st day of December, A.D., 1994.
