RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Private Industry
Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Michael Cruz, small business
representative, and Myra Monfort, large business representative, be reappointed
to said Council, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Michael Cruz and Myra
Monfort to said Council, with their terms to expire December 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Michael Cruz and Myra Monfort be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Weld County Private Industry Council, with their terms to
expire December 31, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the followin vote on the 23rd day of December, A.D. , 1991.
