RE: APPOINT DELEGATE TO REPRESENT WELD COUNTY AT ANNUAL MEETING OF RURAL DITCH
COMPANY AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN PROXY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Weld County should have a delegate to
act as its representative at the annual meeting of the Rural Ditch Company, which
is scheduled for February 14, 1994, at 2:00 p.m. , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner Constance L.
Harbert as the delegate to represent Weld County at said meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Commissioner Constance L. Harbert be, and hereby is,
appointed as the delegate to represent Weld County at the annual meeting of the
Rural Ditch Company, said meeting being scheduled for February 14, 1994, at 2:00
p.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign the proxy appointing Commissioner Harbert to represent Weld
County at said annual meeting.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 31st day of January, A.D. , 1994.

discussed.
