RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO UTILITIES COORDINATING ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that John Zadel replace Wanda Grage,
representing water districts, on the Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee,
with his term to expire December 31, 1991, with Cody Wooldridge being appointed
to serve as his alternate, and
WHEREAS, it has also been recommended that Gary Sandau be appointed to
serve on said Committee as Doug Melby's alternate, representing fire protection
districts, with a term to expire December 31, 1993, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint John Zadel, with Cody
Wooldridge as his alternate, and Gary Sandau as Doug Melby's alternate to the
Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that John Zadel, with Cody Wooldridge as his alternate, be, and
hereby are, appointed to the Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee, with a
term to expire December 31, 1991.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Gary Sandau, as Doug Melby's
alternate, be, and hereby is, appointed to said Committee, with a term to expire
December 31, 1993.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 5th day of August, A.D. , 1991.

Please add the following appointment to the Board's Monday, August 5, 1991,
agenda:
Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee
John Zadel (representing water districts) will be appointed to replace Wanda
Grage who is resigning mid-term. His term will expire 12/31/91. Cody Wooldridge
will be appointed to serve as his alternate.
An alternate needs to be appointed for Doug Melby who represents fire protection
districts. Gary Sandau will serve. Doug's term will expire 12/31/93.
