RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING DUST BLOWING COMPLAINT - EfE1 521, T3N, R67W
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, has
been informed, in accordance with Section 35-72-101(1) , CRS, that dust is blowing
from property located in the EzE4 of Section 21, Township 3 North, Range 67 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, said property being owned by Brad and
Carolyn Deroo, P.O. Box 484, Platteville, Colorado 80651, and
WHEREAS, the Board has caused an inspection of the above described parcel
of land, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the information and the inspection referred to above,
a hearing before the Board was held on April 11, 1994, at which time the Board
deemed it advisable to continue this matter until May 11, 1994, at 9:00 a.m. ,
during which time the property owners were directed to work with and follow the
suggestions of the Soil Conservation Service to alleviate the problem of blowing
dust, and
WHEREAS, Brad and Carolyn Deroo, property owners, were present at said
hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the dust blowing complaint for property located in the
E4E? of Section 21, Township 3 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, be, and hereby is, continued to May 11, 1994, at 9:00 a.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Brad and Carolyn Deroo be, and
hereby are, instructed to work with, and follow the suggestions of the Soil
Conservation Service concerning the above described parcel to alleviate the
problem of blowing dust.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of April, A.D. , 1994.
