RE: APPROVE ROAD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH LIQUID WASTE
MANAGEMENT, INC. , AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN

Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home

truck traffic along Weld County Road 19 and 42 due to a Special zi n

to approve said Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and W

ROAD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, by and between the COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF COLORADO,
hereinafter called "County" and Liquid Waste Management, Inc. , hereinafter
called "Operator", is made and entered into this (off ; day of

WHEREAS, Operator has been issued a Use By Special Review Permit for land 0 0
application of commercial sludge located in the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4, and r r
all of the NE 1/4, and N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 27, Township 4 U' co
North, Range 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Weld County Colorado; cn v
and

WHEREAS, there will be increased truck hauling on Weld County Roads 19 and k
42 for a period of two to three weeks during the spring and fall. y N

NOW, THEREFORE, the Operator agrees as follows: z ko

1. The Operator will repair any road damage due to the Operator's C co
truck hauling. 0

2. The Operator agrees to control fugitive dust caused by the N• ',
Operator's truck hauling on the unpaved portions of the haul z Ln
route.
