RE: ACCEPT GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR WETLAND FROM SOUTH PLATTE VALLEY HISTORICAL
SOCIETY, INC. - BRIDGE 14.5/25A
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Grant of Easement for Wetland
from the South Platte Valley Historical Society, Inc. , for Bridge #14.5/25A, with
the terms and conditions being as stated in said easement, and
WHEREAS, said easement concerns property described as being in the
NISE* of Section 31, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County
Colorado, being more particularly described in the attached legal description,
and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to accept said
easement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Grant of Easement for Wetland from the South Platte
Valley Historical Society, Inc. , be, and hereby is, accepted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of August, A.D. , 1993.

GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR WETLAND
The undersigned fee owner of the following described parcel of land ( the
property ) , as "Grantor, " hereby grants and conveys to the County of Weld, a
political subdivision of the State of Colorado, as "Grantee, " an easement on,
over, across, and under the Property, for the purpose of restoring and
maintaining wetlands.
This Grant and Conveyance is made without warranties of title, but is
irrevocable and binding upon the Grantor, its successors, heirs, and assigns.
This Grant does not include any rights and interests in and to the oil, gas,
and other minerals in, on, and under the Property.
The "Property" is described in the attached Wetland Restoration Site for
the bridge 14.5/25A replacement project.

RESTORATION SITE
BRIDGE 14.5/25A REPLACEMENT PROJECT
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A tract of land containing .090 acres more or less, in the North 1/2 of
the Southeast 1/4 of Section 31, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, In Weld County, Colorado, said tract or parcel being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 208 feet East of the Center Corner of Section 31,
this also being the point of beginning and considering the center line of
Section 31 bears due East and West with all other bearings contained herein
relative thereto;
Thence Due South a distance of 15 feet;
Thence South 85 degrees East a distance of 70 feet;
Thence South 34 degrees East a distance of 67 feet;
Thence Due East a distance of 25 feet;
Thence North 28 degrees West a distance of 85 feet;
Thence Due West on the Center Line of Section 31, 107 feet plus or minus
to the point of beginning.
The above described parcel contains approximately .090 acres located just
West of the head gate of the Platteville Ditch on the North side of the South
Platte River.
