RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DR. RICHARD FOE TO WELD COUNTY AREA AGENCY ON AGING
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Area Agency on Aging Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dr. Richard Foe be appointed to said
board, to replace Audrey Bechtel who resigned mid-term, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Dr. Richard Foe to said
board, with his term to expire January 1, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Dr. Richard Foe be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Area Agency on Aging Board, with his term to expire January 1, 1993.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of August, A.D. , 1992.
