County Attorney's Office Weld County P. O. Box 758 Greeley, Colorado 80632 Re: Morgan County/Weld County Mutual Aid Agreement Dear Jan: Enclosed for execution by Weld County are two original copies of the Mutual Aid Agreement, now in final form and revised as we discussed. I did not disregard your suggestion regarding identification of the ambulance service directors (although I did not add a separate schedule); I included a reference to "successors" in the definition. These copies have been executed by Morgan County, and I would appreciate your having them executed by Weld County and then returning one fully- executed copy to me. The schedule for the Service Protocol re: Mutual Dispatch still contains blanks for the Weld County Roads closest to the town of Deerfield on Highway 34. One of our commissioners thought the reference would be either WCR 87 or WCR 89, but we need you to fill it in on both copies before you complete the execution of same. Call me if there are any questions or problems. Very truly yours, 0/124;&keit,-- Christina C.
