SECOND ORDER (On Stipulation)
ALLIS INVESTMENTS,

WELD COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION,
Respondent.
THE PARTIES TO THIS ACTION entered into a Stipulation, which
was approved by the Board of Assessment Appeals on March 5, 1992 ;
however, only one of the two Parcel Numbers at issue was addressed.
The parties then entered into an additional Stipulation for the
remaining Parcel Number, which has been approved by the Board. To
clarify the Parcel Numbers and corresponding actual values at issue
in this appeal, both Stipulations are attached and incorporated as
part of this decision.
FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS:
1. Subject property is described as follows:

& N2 OF VACATED ALLEY EXC FOR E125' OF ALLEY -- 609 8TH
AVE. , GREELEY, CO

OF L6 ALSO W7' OF N2 OF VACATED ALLEY ADJ L6
2 . Petitioner is protesting the 1991 actual values of the
subject property.
3 . The parties agreed that the 1991 actual values of the
commercial property should be reduced to:

Stipulation regarding the tax year 1991 valuation of the subject
property, and jointly move the Board of Assessment Appeals to enter
its order based on this Stipulation.
Petitioner(s) and Respondent agree and stipulate as follows:
1. The property subject to this Stipulation is described as:

2. The subject property is classified as Commercial

3. The County Assessor originally assigned the following

actual value for the subject property:

6. The valuation, as established above, shall be binding only
with respect to tax year 1991 .
7. Brief narrative as to why the reduction was made:
Protective denial at CBOE. After review of three approaches to
value, adjusted subject based on income approach.
8. Both parties agree that the hearing scheduled before the
Board of Assessment Appeals on March 9, 1992 (date) at
9:30 A.M. (time) be vacated; or, a hearing has not yet been
scheduled before the Board of Assessment Appeals (check if
appropriate) .
