Please add the following to the Board's agenda:
"Approval of Changing the Order for Crack Fill Operation"
The crack fill operation is consuming much more material per mile this year
than in the past. We will still crack fill the original 121 miles in our
pavement maintenance plan but need more material. The contract time will not
change.
