S: i as q 2. 6o23 RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SHOW CAUSE HEARING TO CONSIDER REVOCATION OF SPECIAL USE PERMIT #887 - LARRY SMITH WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on January 8, 1992, a Show Cause Hearing was conducted to consider revocation of Special Use Permit #887, issued to Larry Smith, and WHEREAS, Larry Smith owner of the facility located on property described as Lot 1, Block 6, Carmacar Ranchettes, Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, at the hearing of Janaury 8, 1992, the Department of Planning Services informed the Board that Larry Smith is in compliance with Special Use Permit #887, and said matter should be dismissed, and WHEREAS, the Board deemed it advisable to dismiss said Show Cause Hearing concerning the revocation of Special Use Permit #887, issued to Larry Smith, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Show Cause Hearing to consider the revocation of Special Use Permit #887, issued to Larry Smith, be, and hereby is, dismissed.
