RE: APPROVE ESTABLISHMENT OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADVISORY BOARD AND APPOINTMENT
OF MEMBERS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a need exists to revise the Weld County Comprehensive Plan, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners believes a temporary
Comprehensive Plan Advisory Board, with membership as follows, will represent the
various interests of Weld County and provide meaningful input into the revision
of said Comprehensive Plan:
Voting Members:
Planning Commission Representatives (5)
EDAP Representative (1)
Commissioner District Representatives (3)
At-Large Representatives (2)
Agricultural Representative (1)
Development Representative (1)
Non-Voting (ex-officio) Members:
Board of County Commissioners (2)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that a temporary Comprehensive Plan Advisory Board composed of
the above membership be, and hereby is, created.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said temporary Comprehensive Plan Advisory
Board shall be dissolved by Resolution at or near the time said Board shall
present its final recommendation concerning the Weld County Comprehensive Plan
to the Board of County Commissioners.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the following individuals be, and
hereby are, appointed to serve on the temporary Comprehensive Plan Advisory
Board:
