RE: POST-AWARD HEARING FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS -
RENOVATION OF HUMAN SERVICES BUILDING (UNITED WAY)
A public hearing was conducted on January 8, 1992, at 9:00 A.M., with the
following present:
Commissioner George Kennedy, Chairman - Excused
Commissioner Constance L. Harbert, Pro-Tem
Commissioner C. W. Kirby - Excused
Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy
Commissioner W. H. Webster
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Carol Harding
Assistant County Attorney, Lee Morrison
Director of Finance and Administration, Donald D. Warden
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated December 18, 1991, and
duly published December 26, 1991, in The New News, a public hearing was
conducted to allow citizens to review and comment on the performance of
the County of Weld in carrying out their renovation of the Human Services
Building (United Way), which was financed wth Federal Community
Development Block Grant funds provided by the State of Colorado. Don
Warden, Director of Finance and Administration, made this a matter of
record. He stated the purpose of the hearing is to receive comments from
interested citizens. There were no public comments. Mr. Warden stated
that no written comments had been received. Since no public comments were
received, no Board action was taken.
This Certification was approved on the 13th day of January, 1992.

PUBLIC NOTICE AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR POST-AWARD HEARING
Docket No. 92-05
The County of Weld will conduct a public hearing at 9:00 a.m. on January
8, 1992 at the Weld County Centennial Center, First Floor Hearing Room, 915 10th
Street, Greeley, Colorado. The purpose of the hearing is to allow citizens to
review and comment on the performance of the County of Weld in carrying out their
renovation of the Human Services Building (United Way), which was financed with
Federal Community Development Block Grant funds provided by the State of
Colorado.
Written comments are also welcome and must be received by January 8, 1992
at Weld County, Attention: Don Warden, 915 10th Street, Room 316, Greeley,
Colorado 80632. Information and records regarding the above described project
are available at the above address during regular office hours. Advance notice
is requested.
