NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT
Norwest Investment Services, Inc., "Lessor," has assigned to OMNIBANK Southeast, Kit Carson
State Bank, First State Bank and Western Bank "Assignee," all of the Lessor's right, title, and
interest in the Governmental Lease-Purchase Agreement No. 0547-001 dated May 4, 1994,
between the Lessor and Weld County, Colorado the Lessee.
Norwest will act as agent and servicer for the assignee; therefore, all contract administration and
rent payments due during the term of the lease should continue to be directed to:
