RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF LETTER OF CREDIT - MOUNT CALVARY LUTHERAN CHURCH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Mount Calvary Lutheran Church is the holder of a Special Review
Permit, approved October 13, 1990, and
WHEREAS, Condition of Approval #6 requires sufficient performance guarantee
to ensure installation and completion of the grading and drainage, landscaping,
and screening of said property and that said guarantee be approved by the Board
of County Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated June 3, 1991, Irrevocable Letter of Credit
#56, drawn on the First Security Bank of Fort Lupton in the amount of $3,260 was
accepted by the Board, and
WHEREAS, said Irrevocable Letter of Credit #56 expired on December 31,
1991, and
WHEREAS, Mount Calvary Lutheran Church has presented Irrevocable Letter of
Credit #63, drawn on the First Security Bank of Fort Lupton in the amount of
$3,260 as a replacement, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to accept said Letter of Credit #63,
to replace Letter of Credit #56.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Irrevocable Letter of Credit #56, drawn on the First
Security Bank of Fort Lupton in the amount of $3,260 be, and hereby is, cancelled
and held for naught.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Irrevocable Letter of Credit #63,
drawn on the First Security Bank of Fort Lupton in the amount of $3,260 be, and
hereby is, accepted.

Church of Fort Lupton. This letter is for a sum of sums not to exceed
three thousand two hundred sixty dollars ($3,260.00) current lawful money
of the United States of America. Available by your sight draft or drafts
drawn on us accompanied by:
