RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF MICHAEL FRICK TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR NORTH
COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Trustees for North
Colorado Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Michael Frick be reappointed to said
Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Michael Frick to said
Board, with his term to expire January 11, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Michael Frick be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Board
of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with his term to expire January
11, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of December, A.D. , 1991.
