Weld County requests that the approval of the Mined Land Reclamation permit be contingent upon the applicant first obtaining County approval of an Amended Special Review permit prior to any mining being conducted on this site. The farm is operating unde USR 608. We wish to install an 18,000 gallon propane tank at this farm. This tank will enable us to more safely and effectively service the six buildings on the north side of the farm. The small propane tanks presently used to heat these buildings do not contain sufficient gas allow us to heat the buildings adequately during the coldest winter months. The 18,000 gallon tank will also provide a measure of insurance against propane delivery delays due to bad weather. We hope that you will have no problem permitting this improvement on our farm.
