RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING BEEBE DRAW LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated December 4, 1985, the Board of County
Commissioners accepted the certification of Special Election held December 3,
1985, thereby making January 3, 1986, the effective date for the creation of the
Beebe Draw Law Enforcement Authority, and
WHEREAS, on July 14, 1993, the Board of County Commissioners did convene
as the governing body of the Beebe Draw Law Enforcement Authority and deemed it
advisable to continue to November 17, 1993, and
WHEREAS, on November 17, 1993, the Board of County Commissioners did
convene as the governing body of the Beebe Draw Law Enforcement Authority, and
WHEREAS, on November 4, 1987, the Board approved an Intergovernmental
Agreement for the Establishment of the Weld 911 Emergency Telephone Service
Authority Board, which became effective on November 4, 1987, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an amendment to said agreement
with terms and conditions being as stated in said amendment, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said
amendment, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration recommended the Board
adopt a budget and mill levy of zero for fiscal year 1994, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to adopt a budget and mill levy of
zero, and set the next annual meeting for the Beebe Draw Law Enforcement
Authority as May 2, 1994, at 9:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the 1994 budget and mill levy of zero for the Beebe Draw
Law Enforcement Authority be, and hereby is, adopted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Amendment to Intergovernmental
Agreement for Establishment of the Weld 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority
Board be, and hereby is, adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the next annual meeting for the
Beebe Draw Law Enforcement Authority be, and hereby is, scheduled on May 2, 1994,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of November, A.D. , 1993.
