Basin Exploration inadvertently paid the Leasehold Interest taxes on the
Dinner 1-13. Freedom Energy, Inc. operated this well and received all
withheld taxes. We request that the first half payment be refunded to
Basin Exploration, Inc.

Commissioners will hear your petition for tax abatement or refund

1-13) Basin Exploration. Thin meeting is scheduled for Wednesday,
