COUNTY ROAD 24
A public hearing was conducted on October 10, 1994, at 9:00 a.m. , with the
following present:
Commissioner W. H. Webster, Chairman
Commissioner Dale K. Hall, Pro-Tem
Commissioner George E. Baxter
Commissioner Constance L. Harbert
Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Carol Harding
County Attorney, Bruce Barker
Director of Finance and Administration, Donald D. Warden
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated September 26, 1994, and duly
published September 29, 1994, in the Windsor Beacon, a Community Development
Block Grant (CDBG) Post-Award Hearing was conducted to receive comments on the
performance of Weld County regarding the Weld County Infrastructure Contract in
support of ConAgra Poultry/Longmont Foods. Don Warden, Director of Finance and
Administration, made this a matter of record and explained this hearing is a CDBG
requirement to allow citizens to comment on the County's performance. Mr. Warden
stated the project was completed in September and involved approximately 4.5
miles of road. The project total was $467, 000, of which $92, 500 was funded
through the CDBG grant. There being no public testimony offered, Chairman
Webster adjourned the meeting.
This Certification was approved on the 12th day of October, 1994.

FOR POST-AWARD HEARING

The County of Weld will conduct a public hearing at 9:00 a.m. on
October 10, 1994, in he First Floor Meeting Room, Weld County Centennial Center,
915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado. The purpose of the hearing is to allow
citizens to review and comment on the performance of the County of Weld in
carrying out Weld County infrastructure improvements to Weld County Road 24 in
support of the ConAgra Poultry Company, dba Longmont Foods project, which was
financed with federal Community Development Block Grant funds provided by the
State of Colorado.
Written comments are also welcome and must be received by October 10, 1994,
in the office of the Clerk to the Board, 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado
80631. Information and records regarding the above described project are
available at the office of the Clerk to the Board, 915 10th Street, Greeley,
Colorado 80631, during regular office hours. Advance notice is requested.
